Question 1: What Is Pilates?

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It is a form of exercise that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and overall body awareness. Doing Pilates comes with benefits, some of these include Improved Core Strength, Increased Flexibility, Enhanced Muscle Tone, Better Posture, Increased Body Awareness, and Improved Balanced and Coordination. These are just some of the increased benefits.

All of our classes are shown in our "Class Description" tab above.

Question 3: What clothes are appropriate for pilates?

Clothes that are appropriate for pilates include workout shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, leggings, sweatpants, etc.

Question 4: How can I get started with this studio?

You can get started by just purchasing a package or membership and signing up. From there just show up to the class.

Question 5: Do you offer refunds? 

I am sorry to say no, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds.
